Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada only.
For orders outside of Canada, please look for an official Osaka dealer in your region.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, promotions, or events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
• Standard Shipping: Typically 2–9 business days depending on your location
• Expedited Shipping: Typically 1–3 business days
• Remote areas may experience longer delivery times
We ship using carriers such as UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post. All shipments are subject to the terms, conditions, and service policies of the selected carrier.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by weather, service disruptions, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders, as shown at checkout.
Local Delivery (Vancouver Area)
We offer local delivery within City of Vancouver (within 8km of our postal address)
• Select “Local Delivery” at checkout (typically 1–2 business days)
• Delivery timing may vary based on scheduling and availability
Local Pickup & Pop-Ups
Local pickup may be available by arrangement. We also offer pickup at select Osaka pop-up events and field hockey venues. Please contact us in advance to coordinate.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high shipping volumes. These delays are outside of our control.
Orders impacted by carrier delays (including expedited shipments) remain subject to the carrier’s policies and service guarantees.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, returns to sender, or additional shipping charges.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused or not claimed and returned to us, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Any additional return shipping fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.
