Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Canada only. For international orders, please look for an official Osaka dealer in your region.
We use third-party carriers including UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post. All shipments are subject to their policies.
Delivery timelines (typically 2–9 business days standard) are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or events outside our control.
Once shipped, risk transfers to the customer.
Refused, unclaimed, or incorrectly addressed shipments may result in non-refundable shipping charges and additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products.
Protective Equipment Disclaimer
