Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
We offer certain products through purchase options such as pre-orders, subscriptions, or recurring purchases (the “Purchase Options”). By selecting a Purchase Option at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Cancellation
Orders placed under a Purchase Option may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are processed once inventory becomes available.
Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once shipped, they are treated as a standard order and subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Estimated delivery timelines for pre-orders are subject to change and may be impacted by production or shipping delays outside of our control.
Subscriptions (if applicable)
If you are enrolled in a subscription or recurring purchase:
• You may cancel at any time prior to the next billing date
• Cancellations must be made before the order is processed
• Once a recurring order is processed, it cannot be cancelled
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us.
Refunds
Refunds for cancelled Purchase Option orders will be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
